We all know that is correct to respect the seasons and the raw materials that they offer, without forcing nature while eating strawberries in December!
This is for several reasons, firstly its important to respect the environment and its equilibriums but also to respect our body, avoiding to fill it of harmful substances that are used to grow rapidly large amounts of fruits and vegetables that the market requires out from their natural season. In nature everything has a reason and everything is perfect, for example, wild herbs like borage are perfect in this period to cleanse the body from winter.
And then, the fruits and vegetables grown according to organic nature they taste much more real and decisive instead of those purchased out of season, tasteless and without nutrients, although the color is perfect thanks to the additives!
So respect ourselves and nature and let’s see a list of the most common ingredients that we can buy this month.
