How to use:
For a bath, fill the tub with warm or hot water, add half of the salts, immerse yourself and relax, enjoying this moment for yourself with intention.
In the shower, place the salts in a small bowl and let the vapors release the aromas of the essential oils, then take the salts with your hands and sprinkle them on the body as if to make a scrub.
You can complete the ritual by lighting a natural soy wax candle with relaxing essential oils.
