Ingredients
150 g plain flour 2 (semi-integral)
50 g spelled flour (or wheat flour)
50 g of corn foil
100 g syrup dates
50 g rice malt
50 g chopped dates (without stones)
50 g apple
60 g extra virgin olive oil
15 g corn oil
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
lemon zest, chopped
pinch of salt
Proceedings
Put flour in a bowl with the cream of tartar, lemon zest and salt.
Combine in a bowl of dates syrup, malt and oils, emulsified together using a whisk and pour over dry ingredients. Add the dates and the chopped apple and work the dough with your hands for a few minutes. Make a ball and let rest for 1 hour.
After this time, form the biscuits and transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 170 ° for about 10 minutes.
