Pancake


Light, easy to prepare and very tasty. I cook these vegan pancakes very often for breakfast because they give me the right energy while not weighing me down, I really recommend trying them!

Also ideal for those who have intolerances being milk-free and without eggs. They are also sugar-free in the dough, sweeten thanks to the garnish with maple syrup / chocolate / fruit…

Ingredients

♥ 240 g wholemeal flour

♥ 1 yeast spoon

♥ 1/2 teaspoon salt

♥ 120 g coconut milk

♥ 80 g oil

♥ 350 ml vegetable milk or water

Method

Mix all the dry ingredients.

Add the liquid ingredients to the buckets and mix with a whisk.

Cook in an oiled pan. When the surface is covered with bubbles turn them and cook them on the other side until golden.

Garnish with maple syrup / fresh fruit / caramel / melted chocolate…
